By booking, purchasing, visiting our facility, or using the website, you agree to these Terms.
2. Medical & Results Disclaimer
- RejuveMe Med Spa provides elective aesthetic and wellness services. We do not diagnose, treat, or cure medical conditions unless explicitly stated by a licensed medical professional pursuant to applicable law.
- All treatments require client candidacy and informed consent. Results vary by individual and are not guaranteed.

3. Appointments, Late Arrivals, Cancellations
- Booking: We may require a card on file or a booking deposit to secure appointments.
- Arrival: Please arrive 10 minutes early to complete forms and prepare.
- Late Arrivals: Arrivals 10+ minutes late may be shortened or rescheduled to avoid impacting the next client; applicable fees may apply.
- Cancellations/No-Shows: Unless otherwise stated at booking, 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations and no-shows may incur a fee up to the full service price or forfeit of deposit/session.
- Consent & Photos: You must complete health intake and consent forms prior to treatment. With permission, we may document treatment progress with photos for your chart; separate consent is obtained for any marketing usage.
4. Payments, Refunds & Gratuities
- We accept major cards and other posted forms of payment; balances are due at the time of service.
- All service sales are final. Due to the nature of aesthetic services, refunds are not issued on services rendered. If a package or membership includes multiple sessions, unused sessions may be handled per the package terms.
- Retail products may be returnable/exchangeable only if unopened and within the posted window (if any).
- Gratuities are appreciated but optional and are not included in posted prices unless clearly stated.
5. Packages, Memberships & Gift Cards
- Packages and memberships are non-transferable, may have expiration dates, and are governed by the specific plan details provided at purchase.
- Recurring memberships authorize us to charge your card on file according to the plan schedule until canceled per the membership terms.
- Gift cards are redeemable for services/products only and are not redeemable for cash except as required by law.
6. Promotions, Pricing & Errors
- Promotions are subject to change without notice and may not be combined unless stated.
- We reserve the right to correct pricing or typographical errors and to refuse or cancel orders placed at an incorrect price.
- Posted pricing may exclude taxes, fees, or gratuities unless otherwise noted.
7. Eligibility, Minors & Contraindications
- Services are available only to eligible candidates as determined by our providers.
- Clients must disclose medical history, medications, and relevant health information to ensure safety.
- Minors require a parent/guardian present and written consent; certain services are not available to minors.
8. Client Conduct & Right to Refuse Service
We maintain a safe, respectful environment. We may refuse service to anyone engaging in abusive, unsafe, or inappropriate behavior or who does not follow pre/post-care guidance.
